Job Description
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Oversee the full finance function including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cashbook
✔ Manage month-end and year-end reporting and deliverables
✔ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS
✔ Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records, reconciliations, and reporting
✔ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
✔ Manage internal and external audits and ensure statutory compliance
✔ Handle SARS queries and regulatory submissions
✔ Implement and maintain strong financial controls and process improvements
✔ Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve group objectives
✔ Provide strategic financial insight to support business decision-making
