Financial Controller

Job Purpose:

The position is responsible for overseeing the Finance Department for Philippines entity and reporting to Finance Director – APAC with a dotted line of reporting to Country Head. The purpose of the role is to oversee overall financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate governance in alignment with internal needs and local government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local accounting standards.
• Oversee the accounts payables process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
