Summary: The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative management of a portfolio of real‑estate assets under management. This role ensures the accuracy of financial reporting, budget control, cash flow management, tenant billing, and compliance with contractual obligations, while supporting asset performance and client objectives. The position acts as a key liaison between property management teams, tenants, co‑owners, service providers, legal advisors, and clients, ensuring efficient financial operations, robust internal controls, and high‑quality reporting. The Financial Controller also leads and develops team members, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
