Designation Financial Controller 
Department Group Finance 
Reports to Group CFO 
Functional Reporting Board Audit & Risk Committee 
Position Purpose Owner of the Group Financial Control Framework, responsible for establishing and continuously enhancing financial governance across all business units and legal entities. Provides independent, second-line oversight of financial controls, treasury governance, internal audit and enterprise financial risk — safeguarding the integrity, transparency and sustainability of the Group's financial operations and supporting executive management and the Board through independent reviews and governance reporting.
