Job Description
YOUR ROLE
- Lead the Site Finance overall financial strategy, governance and performance management
- Ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, long-term sustainability, and value creation by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to Key Management, General Manager (GM) and Operation Team
- Drive financial planning, risk management, capital expenditures optimization and operational efficiency to support ST business goals and profitability
- Engage and negotiate with Philippine local authorities, including tax agencies and regulatory bodies to secure favorable tax incentives and ensure adherence to all local laws and regulations
- As a member of the management team, formulate policies, procedures, and improvement plans to successfully drive long and short-term strategies
