Overview
The Avison Young Vancouver office is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst/Underwriter who will complete financial and real estate underwriting and analysis related to debt and equity markets. Candidate will work collaboratively with and provide support to the Debt and Equity Finance / Mortgage Services team.
Note: Salary information is provided for market alignment; base compensation is typically between $50,000 to $55,000 with the potential for additional compensation through a bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all Canadian locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity.
