Our client is a highly reputable and growing real estate organization based in Surrey, BC with a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This is a full-time, in-office position working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
About the Role
The Financial Analyst will support the financial and operational performance of a commercial property portfolio, with a focus on insurance analysis, rent reviews, leasing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role will also involve financial modeling, lease analysis, variance analysis, and preparing monthly and ad-hoc management reports.
The Offer
