Financial Analyst (Locally Recruited) (México)

The position is based at CIMMYT's campus in Texcoco, State of Mexico, located 45 km northeast of Mexico City, Mexico.
Responsibilities
Participate actively in the budgeting process (Administration and operational expenses, CAPEX, etc.) of research projects at the Science & Innovation chapter.
Liaise with Program Finance Manager to upload and maintain the latest budget figures and other reporting data elements in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics D365) of the Science and Innovation chapter projects.
Execute monthly monitoring and financial analysis of research project expenses (Budget vs Actuals) to identify variations and avoid over‐expenditure.
Prepare, analyze and report monthly and quarterly project financial information for the finance manager and internal users (deviations and preparation of quarterly forecasts).
Work closely with different areas through the organization to obtain accurate information for budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
