Job Overview

Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury. Currently we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Principal Operations and Finance Transformation, supporting the Cost Controlling team within Strategy and Value Management.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate cost center Master Data and maintenance (e.g., creation, mappings, and master data updates) with relevant teams to enable accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Support purchase order and spend request reviews by validating coding and documentation, flagging compliance issues, and monitoring open POs to improve accrual and forecast quality.
