Financial Accounting Specialist

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end financial and management reporting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information to support decision-making, regulatory requirements, and audit processes. The role covers month-end closing, financial reporting, financial statements, audit requirements, and variance analysis to support management decisions. Responsibilities: Record and post manual and system-generated journal entries in SAP. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper supporting documentation for accounting entries. Prepare accruals, prepayments, provisions, and adjusting entries. Maintain proper mapping of transactions to GL accounts and cost centers. Perform monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts. Reconcile bank, AR/AP control, inventory, payroll, and intercompany accounts. Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences on a timely basis.
