MAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Prepare accurate monthly trial balances and management accounts for review
Perform detailed variance analysis and provide meaningful commentary to management
Ensure the integrity of all balance sheet accounts through regular reconciliations
Maintain compliance with IFRS and relevant statutory requirements
Ensure all month‑end and reporting deadlines are met in accordance with the approved reporting timetable.
Month‑End Close Management
Coordinate and oversee the month‑end close process, including but not limited to:
Debtors & Creditors
Bank reconciliations
Inventory and GRNI
Fixed assets (capitalisation and depreciation)
