Job Description
Accounting & Finance
- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, month-end close, and cashflow.
- Prepare monthly reporting packs (P&L, Balance Sheet, management reports) and support budget preparation.
- Handle BAS/GST and PAYG lodgements, annual tax returns, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Drive business analysis, process improvement, and risk/regulatory compliance.
- Champion a safe, inclusive workplace by upholding WHS legislation, equal opportunity standards, and company safety policies.
- Conduct routine safety checks, support implementation of updated safety procedures, and ensure accurate, timely incident reporting.
