Based at Mandarin Oriental Barcelona, within the Finance Department, the Finance Trainee supports the Income Audit function and gains exposure to financial control processes that are central to hotel operations. This role provides hands‑on experience in revenue control across all points of sale, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Spa. The Finance Trainee reports to the Finance Manager / Income Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Gain an introduction to the Income Audit function, a central position in hotel financial control responsible for monitoring and controlling revenues across all outlets.
• Generate the hotel’s daily revenue report ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Control Food & Beverage allocations related to entertainment and discounts applied daily across different outlets.
