Finance Officer – Tax

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer – Tax to join our growing Finance team based in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role is responsible for ensuring full tax compliance across both Mexico and the United States, supporting tax planning, reporting, audits, and cross-border tax matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Mexican and U.S. tax regulations, a passion for accuracy and compliance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment. Experience within the agriculture, agribusiness, grower accounting, or fresh produce industry will be highly advantageous.
