A well-established International Listed Group that is a strong player in its industry and has presence globally. They just get listed and are looking to bring on board an excellent Finance Manager to lead their team in KL Eco City.

Job Description

1. Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
2. Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
3. Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
4. Oversee tax matters with IRB and other government agencies (with the help of legal and tax consultants).
5. Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with financial reporting standards and Bursa listing requirements.
6. Oversee year-end financial audit.
