Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST, and corporate regulatory requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, insurers, and government authorities.
Manage vessel/project costing, operational expenditures, and financial performance reporting.
Review contracts and advise management on financial risks and commercial implications.
Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and process improvements.
Lead and mentor the finance team while supporting business expansion initiatives.
Prepare management reports and present financial insights to senior management.
