Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for the company's overall finance operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, compliance, internal controls, project/vessel profitability analysis and financial modelling. The role partners closely with the CEO and senior management to provide actionable financial insights, support maritime project execution and strengthen the company's financial discipline, scalability and long-term business performance. The Finance Manager also supports banking, audit, tax, grant, investor and stakeholder-related matters, ensuring accurate financial records, strong governance and reliable financial insights for the company's maritime projects and business expansion.
