Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports

Analyse and review financial reporting

Handle corporate tax filings and GST tax matters

Perform cash flow forecasting as well as budgeting and forecasting

Formulate and implement processes to improve internal controls

Liaise and coordinate with external corporate secretary, bankers, auditors and tax agents

Provide expertise in any ad-hoc corporate projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA)

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience with strong leadership capability

Preferable to have consolidation and group annual report drafting experience

Sound knowledge of Singapore’s IFRS, Corporation law, Taxation law and relevant statutory requirement
