Job Description
Responsibilities
- Actively support the development of PIPs and targets together with business areas, ensuring consistency, feasibility and alignment with the strategic vision
- Act as a critical challenge layer in setting targets and initiatives, ensuring realistic ambition and alignment with company objectives
- Ensure PIPs are structured with clear value drivers (revenue, cost, productivity, capital)
- Define and validate KPIs, targets and tracking metrics for each initiative
- Monitor PIP execution with a view of progression versus plan and realized value capture
- Develop monitoring dashboards with views by Business Unit, initiative and KPI
- Ensure full traceability between initiative, KPI and financial result
- Lead recurring performance forums with the areas, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
