Finance Manager (Playa Del Carmen)

Summary
This position will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Finance Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance & Accounting Division, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling Accounting, Finance and Information Technologies Systems policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, including revenue projections, expense allocations, and capital expenditure plans.
Perform ongoing financial analysis and provide insights on key financial metrics, variances, and trends.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets and cost control measures.
Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities.
