Finance Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:

â… Lead and manage the full finance function within the hospital
â… Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
â… Prepare and present monthly management accounts
â… Monitor daily cash flow and prepare accurate forecasts
â… Review payroll processes and execute payroll payments
â… Ensure SARS compliance and VAT submissions
â… Manage month-end procedures and balance sheet reconciliations
â… Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
â… Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
â… Present financial reports to management and board meetings
â… Drive continuous process improvements and financial efficiencies
â… Ensure accurate financial reporting within strict deadlines

Our Ideal Candidate:
