Finance Manager, Manufacturing & Cost Optimization

Randstad New Zealand is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the full-cycle financial and accounting functions in a large-scale manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of finance experience, with a strong focus on cost accounting and management.

You will be responsible for budget management, ensuring tax compliance, and implementing financial IT tools to optimize operations. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
