Job Description
Location: Madrid, Spain.
Hours: 40 hours weekly, hybrid working options.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of client entities, primarily Spanish legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial administration.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing financial insights and support.
- Oversee the preparation and review of statutory financial statements in accordance with Spanish GAAP and relevant regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax (WTH, VAT, and CIT), accounting, and regulatory requirements, coordinating with external advisors where needed.
- Handle month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes for client entities.
- Coordinate and support audits, liaising with external auditors and ensuring smooth delivery of audit requirements.
