Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a small finance team, driving continuous improvement across finance and grantsOversee month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting, including audit and tax complianceDeliver timely and insightful management reporting, forecasts, and budget analysisManage payroll, cash flow, treasury, and VAT returnsMaintain and enhance financial controls, systems, and proceduresSupport budget holders and non-finance teams with financial training and guidanceLead the grants programme, including payments, reporting, and impact analysis
