Job Description
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: AED 240,000 to 300,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Bonus: 10 to 15% annual performance bonus linked to EBITDA and working capital metrics (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Housing Allowance: AED 15,000 per annum
- Leave: 30 days paid annual leave plus UAE public holidays
- Insurance: Medical insurance covering employee, spouse, and two children
- Gratuity: End of service gratuity per UAE Labour Law
- Travel: Annual flight allowance of AED 8,000 for home country travel
