Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy Finance Manager with a strong foundation in accounting, statutory compliance, and operational finance. The ideal candidate will have post-CA experience in transaction-heavy, operations-intensive environments. Experience in logistics or transportation is a strong plus.
You will own critical finance functions including weekly MIS reporting, monthly closing, fixed asset management, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial MIS & Reporting
Prepare and present weekly flash MIS covering key financial metrics such as revenue, cash flow, EBITDA, working capital, and volume-based KPIs.
Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts and provide actionable insights to leadership.
2. Monthly Accounts Closing
Lead the end-to-end monthly financial close process, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting within defined timelines.
