About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Finance Manager to drive day-to-day finance operations and support strategic decision-making at Meolaa. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable closing the books as they are building a model that informs a pricing decision. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and across brand and operations teams to keep the financial engine running tight.
What You'll Own
Accounting & Books
Own monthly book closures — accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
Manage AP/AR, vendor payments, and reconciliations
Coordinate with external accountants/auditors for statutory compliance — GST, TDS, ROC
Maintain clean, audit-ready financial records across entities and brands
FP&A Support
Support the AOP and rolling forecast process — build and update models
Track actuals vs. budget and flag variances with clear explanations
Build brand-level and channel-level P&L views
Support monthly business review (M...
