I am currently partnering with a well-funded, clinical-stage biotechnology company based in Barcelona that is looking to appoint a Finance Manager as a key addition to its growing finance team.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a unique opportunity to become the first strategic finance hire and play a central role in building and professionalising the company's finance function. The position offers broad exposure across financial control, FP&A, treasury, grants management, compliance, and operational finance, with significant visibility across the leadership team.
