Finance Manager (Air Force) - Gombak

You are responsible for the Air Defence and Operations Command's (ADOC) financial management, driving budget exercises to optimise the use of ADOC's budget and overseeing finance operations to ensure the proper and prudent use of public funds.

• Oversee the budget plans of ADOC units to ensure proper and adequate utilisation of allocated budget and provide advice in compliance with prevailing guidelines
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure transactions raised by units are executed properly in the systems
• Educate units on common audit findings and implementing effective internal controls to prevent recurrence
• Work with auditors to identify systemic issues that result in audit lapses and collaborate on solutions that address root causes
