Finance Lead

About the role We have two core pillars: Build a Finance function that becomes a benchmark for the market. Work closely with the founders on strategy, board/investor conversations, and future fundraising/financing workstreams. This is a Lead role, but we are hands‑on at every level. From entry‑level to C‑level, everyone owns projects, sets a high bar, and delivers. Why this role matters Finance at Abacum sits at the core of company strategy. Our founders are former CFOs. Our customers are finance leaders. Our product is used by finance teams. The way we run Finance internally needs to be excellent. Our Finance function is lean, automated, AI‑enabled, and built to operate at the frontier of innovation.
