Finance & HR Lead – Nordic Growth

KAISER Nordic in Nykarleby, Finland, seeks an experienced Finance & HR Lead to strengthen our local team and support growth.

You will handle daily bookkeeping, payables and receivables, payments, and monthly closing, with external reporting to tax authorities and regulators.

You will provide budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and management reporting, and act as HR contact for supervisors and payroll providers.
