[Major responsabilités] :

Group-reporting / SME on Fixed Asset/Payroll accounting

To maintain the local entities COA(chart of accounts) & mapping tables and ensure the compliance with Otis WHQ policy and instructions

To be Local SME for accounting processes and treatment for the following areas (subject to change and not limited to ) and work with Business owners and GBS(Global Business Service) for the accurate recording and reporting :

To assist the month-end closing coordination among business users, local finance, and GBS according to WHQ guidance/instructions

To perform the consolidation of OEK subsidiaries reports

To identify B/S reconciliation issues and implement/track the resolution to the issues in order to maintain accurate financial records <...
