Finance Executive/Senior Executive

My client is a Chinese-backed family office and seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance professional to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling full set accounts, supporting month-end and year-end closing, liaising with external auditors, and helping to establish and improve financial processes as the company grows.

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
• Process supplier payments and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
