Job Description
We are working with a high-end, boutique group of hotels based in Reading, featuring luxury bedrooms, a spa, and a stylish cocktail bar.
As the Finance Director, you will play a critical role in managing the organisation’s financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the senior management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly management reports are produced by hotel managers and management accountants for internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading monthly P&L review meetings with the owner, and weekly payroll, rolling forecast, and credit control meetings with hotel managers and management accountants.
- Implementing financial strategy and providing scenario analysis to support the owner in decision‑making for business opportunities.
