Job Description
As Finance Director, Global FP&A, you will serve as a trusted business partner, driving financial clarity and insight while strengthening reporting and enabling strategic decisions across Emerson’s $500M systems and services business.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Support consolidation of BU financial results across World Areas, ensuring completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
+ Own preparation and distribution of monthly MIS reports aligned with BU and Group Level BU reporting requirements.
+ Synthesize inputs from World Areas and build a clear, consistent BU performance narrative.
+ Structure financial messaging to support reporting to Group Level BU and Emerson leadership.
+ Partner with BU World Area Finance leadership to understand drivers of performance and variance versus plan/forecast.
+ Perform variance analysis and consolidate key insights across World Areas.
