Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and business expertise and advice to business unit managers and administrators to enable informed decision‑making.
• Ensure managers have the capability and tools to report accurately on their financial health.
• Work closely with budget holders and senior stakeholders to drive planning, forecasting, reporting and continuous improvement across the financial management framework.
• Partner with managers and budget holders to deliver financial analysis and business support.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Produce monthly management reports, variance analysis and financial commentary to support organisational performance.
