JOB PURPOSE

The Finance Business Partner serves as the strategic financial advisor to corporate support areas such as digital & technology, people & culture, finance & strategy, legal, marketing, internal audit, government & public affairs and enterprise operations. The role partners closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, optimize costs and support decision‑making that aligns resources with organizational priorities. Through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and long‑term planning, the Finance Business Partner enables operational excellence while driving accountability, value creation and sustainable growth.
