**Key Responsibilities:**
Within the CFO domain the Associate Finance Business Advice is a key member of the Management Accounting - Finance Business Advice team of ING Italy and he/she:
* Covers area of Retail Banking
* Expenses reporting, control and planning
* Business cases evaluation and monitoring
* Exposure to non-financial KPIs
* Exposure to local board and close interaction with Head Office
* Functional coordination of the Retail Banking expenses team
**Educational/Professional background:**
* University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics.
* Work experience: 7-10 years in similar roles
* Banking background desired (experience in international banks is an advantage)
**Skills required**:
* Advanced usage of MS Office tools (especially Excel, Powerpoint)
