Finance Associate Programme 2027 (General)

The Finance Associate Programme (FAP) is AGD’s flagship management associate programme designed to groom talent pipeline for Public Sector Finance. Associates on the programme will be rotated systematically to acquire strong foundations in key domain areas of finance, operations and policy formulation across the Whole-Of-Government. Fresh graduates joining AGD under the FAP (General) track will be developed and given exposure to different finance functions to allow them to acquire necessary competencies which will accelerate their career development as they take on leadership responsibilities early in their career. The FAP (General) track aims to develop Finance Professionals to take on apex C-Suite Finance and Governance positions across Public Service agencies.
