Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Assistant to support the finance department with day-to-day accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare finance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

+ Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.

+ Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

+ Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank and general ledger accounts.

+ Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

+ Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

+ Generate financial reports and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
