Job Description

Interim Finance Assistant - 3 Month Contract
Location: Camberley (4 days office, 1 day WFH)
 Pay: £16.00 - £17.50 per hour + Holiday Pay
 Contract: 3 Months
We are recruiting an experienced Finance Assistant to join a busy finance team on a 3-month interim contract while a permanent hire is secured.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly sales invoice creation and distribution
Supplier invoice processing
Reconciliation of accounts receivable/debtors and cash allocation
Chasing outstanding debts and resolving aged debt issues
Processing and reconciling staff expenses
Investigating unallocated and misallocated payments
Providing copy invoices, statements and supporting documentation
Liaising with internal departments to resolve account queries
Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
Matching payments to open invoices
