An independent advisory firm in Geneva is looking for a Finance & Administration Manager to oversee accounting, payroll, and administrative activities across Swiss entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting and financial reporting
  • Oversee closings, audits, and bank reconciliations
  • Handle tax filings (VAT, corporate tax) and compliance
  • Manage payments, cash flow, and payroll
  • Liaise with authorities and external partners

Profile

  • Strong accounting experience in Switzerland
  • Knowledge of Swiss tax and payroll regulations
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and reliable
  • French & English required
