Job Purpose
The Financial Accountant is responsible for executing core financial accounting activities with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance. The role ensures correct cost recognition, intercompany recharges, balance sheet integrity, and timely period close, supporting the delivery of IFRS-compliant, audit-ready financial information.
Qualifications
- BCom in Accounting / Financial Accounting
- Qualified CA(SA)
Experience
- 2–5 years' experience in financial accounting, audit, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of cost allocation and intercompany accounting
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, AX, SAP) and reporting tools
