Final Inspector

Job Summary As a Quality Inspector you are responsible for final inspection of all diagnosis and repairs carried out on vehicles. You also ensure the proper closing of workshop orders with respect to Mercedes Benz requirements. You ensure that all customer concerns, requirements are well processed and well addressed as per standards. You are key person in identification of the root cause of repeat repairs. And implement suitable countermeasures with Job Controller to improve service quality and consequently the Customer Satisfaction Competencies Social and interpersonal competence You are proactive learner of new technologies, procedures and capable of imparting the knowledge in others.
