**Responsibilities:**

+ Take field trip or Charter business orders through the electronic mail system or over the phone
+ Provide accurate pricing information to customers
+ Enter and record trips into company’s proprietary data base system
+ Determine map routes, assign driver coverage and provide trip details to Drivers and Dispatchers
+ Generate trip reports as needed for CSC management or others
+ Communicate with customers, invoice trips and track payments
