Field Trade Coach - Electricity Distribution Industry

We’re looking for a dedicated Field Trade Coach to help grow technical capability across our field teams, system control and contractors. If you’re passionate about developing people, promoting safe work practices, and strengthening industry skill standards, this Invercargill based role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact. You don’t need prior coaching experience — if you come from a trade background and want to develop others, we’ll support you every step of the way.

This role reports to the Training Team Leader and is part of the wider People, Safety & Communications team, working collaboratively to support consistent, high‑quality training across the organisation.
