Join our Networks team as a Senior Field Technician in Hoedspruit , where you’ll lead advanced installations, complex repairs and detailed site surveys across our Wireless and Fibre networks.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technical expert who thrives in the field, mentors junior technicians and ensures every installation and repair meets Herotel’s quality, safety and customer service standards.
What you’ll do:
Lead and oversee advanced fibre and wireless installations, repairs and site surveys
Perform preventative maintenance and conduct inspections alongside RF and Fibre teams
Execute advanced fibre troubleshooting including splicing, testing and dome management
Perform wireless troubleshooting including signal testing, bandwidth validation and CPE optimisation
Resolve advanced network issues such as IP conflicts, firewall and routin...
