Job Description
Are you hands-on, technically minded and ready to build your career in fibre and wireless installations? Join our Networks team as a Junior Field Technician in Douglas, where you’ll perform standard home and small business installations, repairs and callouts across our Wireless and Fibre networks.
The key purpose of this role is to perform standard fibre and wireless installations, repairs and callouts while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
What you’ll do:
Follow all SOPs and Health & Safety procedures while maintaining accurate project and safety documentation
Work closely with the Team Leader and Scheduler to ensure smooth daily operations
Prepare for daily jobs by confirming stock availability and ensuring equipment is maintained
Conduct standard Fibre and Wireless installations including CPE setup and internal/external cable runs
Perform fibre troubleshooting including splicing, testing and ...
