JOB SUMMARY
Manage preparation of validation/implementation and troubleshooting projects of Terumo BCT's technology platforms throughout designated region

Manage and design customer’s process optimization to ensure a smooth, fast and efficient transfer of technology from pre-sales to routine use at customer sites 

Act as a regional product expert for training and signing-off internal and external associates 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
