Field Supervisor - Visiting Care

Radis Community Care have an  opportunity for a Evening Field Care Supervisor (Driving essential) to join our team based in Chepstow

You will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped, E-Bike etc) - the work is not suited to non-drivers

About the role

As a Field Supervisor you will work a mix of mornings, afternoons and evenings to complete monitoring tasks such as reviews, spot checks, carer assessments as well as completing Risk Assessments, MAR charts and support plans.

You will be the face of Radis working in the community ensuring people stay in the home they love. You will also be working with the NHS, Social services, GP's and other health professionals to ensure all of our clients needs are met. 

You would also take part in On call which would be 1 in 4 weeks.
